In case you missed the AMAs, eating organic foods is all the hype in Hollywood. Celebrities such as Gwen Stefani, Usher, Sheryl Crow, Jessica Simpson, and Lenny Kravitz have all been seen with gift bags filled with organic treats given out at the 2004 American Music Awards.
Is this a passing fad or a healthy trend that's here to stay? Let's investigate.
Organic Vegetable Gardening Rules
As it turns out, rock stars know how to eat. In order to keep those rock-hard bodies and maintain their health on long and demanding road trips, hard-core rockers turn to organic vegetables. Here's why:
- No Bug Sprays. Organic foods are healthier because they have not been sprayed with pesticides and fertilized with other harmful chemicals.
- Steroid Free Veggies. No unnatural growth hormones or intrusive antibiotics are used in organic gardening.
- Mega-Vitamins. These foods are jam-packed with body-replenishing nutrients as well.
Backyard Gardening with Organic Vegetables
You can start eating healthier by having your own backyard organic vegetable gardening area. In this area, you can plant foods such as cucumbers, tomatoes, corn, beans, cabbage, peas, squash, and onions. All different types of vegetables and herbs can be planted and cultivated in your backyard organic vegetable garden. This type of gardening is all natural, so it takes time and patience. But the results will astound you. Pretty soon, you will have that rock-star body. Now, if you could only sing like a rock star.
