The plumbing snake is a long piece of thin metal that you can feed down your drain to help unclog messy clumps. Last, a good bottle of liquid solution that is expressly made for clogs can be just the thing you need for your sink. All of these items are fairly inexpensive, especially compared to the bill you will get if you have to call on a plumbing professional.
