Better Attic Ventilation
A key to getting the most from your home efficiency rating is to create the proper ventilation system for your attic. There are three basic methods for attic ventilation that you will want to consider. You can choose a gravity ventilator, a wind-assisted ventilator, and a power ventilator. Find plans and materials for each of these types from the Internet or your local home and garden center. Natural ventilation is always the best option, as it naturally cools your attic without the expense of a man-made system. The proper ventilation system will also control the amount of moisture that builds up in your attic.
